Title:: Lviv Fashion Week is a story about new talented designers

March, 8-9, Lviv, Ukraine: The first fashion week will be launched in the exhibition center Lemberg. Mostly, the world of fashion is a closed, “behind the doors”, kingdom. Fashion Weeks - these most important events of the fashion world – strive to be “prestigious” and create around themselves a wall of haughtiness. It is almost impossible for a talented designer that only starts to promote her/his name to be present at a Fashion Week in one of the world’s fashion capitals - Paris, Milan, London or New York or even in Kyiv.

It has happened so historically that Lviv is provider of Western European culture in Ukraine. Together with this culture, democracy and equality, accessibility and simplicity make its way to the whole of Ukraine. The team of Lviv Fashion Week has made its goal to make Lviv a launch platform for new talented designers – from Ukraine, from Central and Eastern Europe and from NIS countries.

Among quests of fashion shows the accent is often made at buyers – department stores that would like to purchase designers collections and sell them to the end client. We, on the other hand, stress inviting enterprises that need designers for their production. It is a known fact that talented clothes designers as often invited to design bottles or glasses for “fashionable” drinks, or stylish gadgets, or unique furniture pieces, or trendy interior etc.

In the times of global war for talent there must be a place where companies and brands can meet designers with a fresh outlook and creative ideas. Lviv Fashion Week is suppose to become a world level platform where the hunters for talent can come across a rare “bird”, which can take their brands soaring high.
