The first edition of the international aviation salon «Dubai Airshow» was in 1989 and since became a prestige event in the field of airtechnics and aircraft construction. In 2005 more than 700 companies took part in air salon. The display was placed on an area 35 thousand square meters. On the exhibition more than 100 airplanes, equipment and aviation technologies were presented.
