| Ingredients Russia to celebrate its 10th anniversary |

 Crocus Expo will host the exhibition for the second time. Moving of the exhibition to the new venue allowed increasing the number of exhibitors and the size of expositions.
In 2007, Ingredients Russia will be attended by about 350 companies from 27 countries. One of the key events run within the exhibition will be the 8th International Forum «Food Ingredients of the XXI Century». Every year about 1000 specialists in food sector participate in the Forum, including major producers and distributors of food ingredients, food and drink producers, process engineers, representatives of scientific and research institutes, ministries and specialised associations.
The Forum is dedicated to critical issues of food production in the XXI century, role of food ingredients technology improvement, development of composition, texture, flavour and taste of food products and preservation of their quality. Special attention at the Forum will be paid to the efficient and safe use of food ingredients, peculiarities of their application in various fields of food industry, assessment of compliance and introduction of new products to the market.
Professional contest «Ingredient of the Year», which is traditionally held within the exhibition under the support of the Union of Food Ingredients Producers, will be run this year too. Winners of the Contest will be awarded with prizes and diplomas in four nominations: Innovative Product: Development; Innovative Product: Distribution; the Best Presentation; and the Best Publication. Companies awarded with medals will be granted the right to place the medal logo on product labels.
For the second time ITE will present «TechnoFood» exhibition run alongside «Ingredients Russia» and dedicated to equipment, technologies and packaging for food industry. In 2006, Shaller Moscow, Matimex, Intermik-Rustech, Alltex, Consul, A&D Rus, Unisto, Omag, Ingredient, Faberon, Polipa, Novodez, Capsugel, Service Plus Print, Technofilter, NP Group, Maxstore and many other companies presented their products at the exhibition.
Holding two exhibitions at the same time will provide an opportunity to present the full range of components engaged in the production of end products including ingredients, equipment, packaging and global technologies of food production. «Ingredients Russia» will be held under the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RF, Moscow Government, Association of Industrial Unions APK ASSAGROS, Union of Food Ingredients Producers, Meat Union of Russia, and Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs.
