In the same week, two show management firms have announced they will hold textile shows at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Urban Expositions will launch Material World West Sept. 30-Oct. 2, 2009. Market Center Management, which owns the Dallas Market Center, will hold GlobalTex April 21-23 and Oct. 13-15, 2009, also at the Los Angeles CC. Urban Expositions will hold its Material World April 21-23 at the Miami Beach Convention Center as previously planned, during the same dates as the April GlobalTex.
