Hot trends, innovation and flavor fusions were at the forefront of the 2008 ALL CANDY EXPO, held May 20-22 in Chicago, Ill. The EXPO, sponsored by the National Confectioners Association, featured nearly 450 confectionery and snack companies from around the world and attracted nearly 15,000 qualified industry professionals. Visitors from 69 countries registered to attend the EXPO held at Chicago's McCormick Place in order to get a sneak peek of over 2,000 new snack and confectionery items before they hit store shelves.
