Think is a new landmark event for the UK construction and property markets, comprising high-profile conferences, exhibitions and exceptional networking events around three themes: sustainability, regeneration and innovation. The main output from the Think Space conference will be the Think Charter. This will contain the outcomes of the conference debates, pre-show online blogs as well as any research conducted at the event. In addition, similar to a manifesto, it will contain a number of pledges that the industry will be asked to sign up to. The guardians of the Think Charter will be elected from the next generation of industry Young Leaders who will report back on how the industry is standing up to these challenges.

Think Space is a series of high profile, relevant conference modules based around three challenging themes: sustainability, regeneration and innovation.
Think future
Interactive case studies where companies can showcase the latest and best systems, products and services in construction environments such as education, heathcare, office and residential building as well as sustainability.
Think big
Think Big is a VIP programme targeting senior directors and CEOs in the property & construction sectors, the top FTSE 500 companies and public sector organizations. VIPs will be given free access to the event, including all conference modules, as well as the use of a dedicated VIP lounge and services. Using its market position and reach through its leading industry titles such as Property Week, Building, bd, Regenerate and others, Think will invest significantly in attracting these senior decision-makers and influencers to the event.
Think fun
Host a site tour, a party, entertain clients and invite your other halves to the Think Ball, enabling you to network with those most important to your business.
Think fringe
