Promoting your working ability – Mental wellbeing – The joy of exercise
The aim of the Feel Better – Work Better fair is to provide companies and their employees with ideas on well-rounded exercise regimes and mental wellbeing. The fair and festival event uses physical exercise to exhilarate guests. Admission buys visitors the opportunity to try their hand at a wide range of exercise disciplines, from golf to gymnastic exercises as well as to familiarise themselves with the benefits of functional foods, listen to lectures and attend seminars with themes such as "A healthy workforce – a strategic resource for successful companies."
