The purpose of the exhibition: reflection of the main development tendencies of the world and Ukrainian market of food processing branch, demonstration of the advanced technologies, equipment and ingredients of food industry and their application to the national manufacture, assistance in new business establishment and profitable agreements conclusion. Incontestable advantage is simultaneous holding of three leading branch exhibitions of Ukraine PACK FAIR, FOOD EXPO UKRAINE and FOODTECHMASH, which consolidate all the specialists of the food industry and give them the unique possibility to familiarize with the newest achievements of the food branch - from the modern technologies and equipment for food processing, manufacture and packing till the ready to use food products. For all the specialists of the agroindustrial branches the exhibition will become the business platform for business contacts on the international level and experience exchange for the purpose of familiarizing with the advanced technologies and innovations in food processing branch. In 2008 more than 50 companies from all the regions of Ukraine and 8 countries of the world took part in the exhibition FOODTECHMASH. More than 13.000 specialists of the agroindustrial sector visited the exhibition. The total area of the exhibition was more than 2.500 sqm.
