The confectionery market in this easternmost European country is the fourth largest worldwide, with the cosmetics industry, pharmaceuticals and many more following closely.

More than 25,000 visitors from the entire Russian Federation and neighbouring countries, primarily from the food and beverages industry, the packaging and print industries, the confectionery, chemical/pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, filled the halls during the last fair in December 2005.
