Vivaness, the Trade Fair for Natural Personal Care and Wellness,
started as an annual independent event parallel to BioFach at the
Nuremberg exhibition venue in 2007. Around 200 suppliers of
high-quality natural cosmetic and body care products, drugstore
articles, remedies, wellness products, gifts and accessories were there
from 15-18 February 2007. The spacious, naturally illuminated hall 7A
puts the exhibitors’ attractive product presentations and the special
shows/event worlds in the limelight.
The expectations were high for its debut – and were farexceeded. 164 of
the 2,565 exhibitors at the exhibition duo with BioFach presented their
products at Vivaness – 48 % of them came from abroad. One in two of the
altogether over 45,500 visitors enjoyed the special atmosphere in the
day-lit hall with its wealth of fragrances, colours and innovations.
In addition to high-quality natural cosmetics and body care products,
the new segments of natural medicines, wellness, gifts and accessories
attracted a broad interest. Natural beauty and health are in demand all
over the world. Organic Monitor expects turnover in the European
natural personal care market in 2006 to top a total volume of 1 billion
euros for the first time.
