Every two years, MTQ presents equipment, systems, devices, hardware and software designed to ensure market and future-orientated product and materials quality. In 1987 MTQ, representing this well-defined sector which hitherto had not had its own trade fair, was staged for the first time in Dortmund at the Westfalenhallen exhibition halls.
