This annual event is Europe's unique forum for all professionals with
responsibilities for public safety communications and information
management technology. Comprising a 2-day conference and exhibition,
the BAPCO event is designed as a vehicle for the exchange information
and experience, and as a source of public safety communications
services and equipment.
This event aims not only to focus on the needs of the user but to offer
a realistic insight into issues and technology that will impact the
manner in which services are delivered in the future.
The BAPCO annual conference, which has now achieved international
recognition, is unique in Europe as a forum for the exchange of
information, experience and best practice with the aim of improving
public safety delivery. BAPCO 2006 attracted over 1000 public safety
communications officers and information technology specialists from 24
countries.
Exhibition Image Top level visitors and delegates include
representatives from the Cabinet Office, central and local government,
the Civil Contingencies Alliance, the Department of Health, the Home
Office, HM Customs & Excise, HM Immigration Service, Local
Authority Emergency Planning, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, MOD,
