Despite of development of the most different forms of on-line business, specialized exhibitions still remain the most effective production advertising tool and the shortest road from the manufacturer to the market.

In opinion of the companies’ majority, advertising in mass-media or dispatch of specialized catalogues, prospectuses and offer materials are not so effective in business of commodity market development, as the exhibition contacts meaning direct, alive dialogue with the potential consumer.

Certainly, an exhibition, first of all, is an opportunity to show the new equipment and technologies for a wide range of experts. However in Russia while the number of the businessmen understanding it in a little bit simplified form is too big: has got a place, has established product samples and wait for buyers. But in essence is that the company is as the goods at exhibition. And to involve the client into such product, it is necessary to organize carefully, first of all, work of people which, finally, make the company recognized.

The exhibition allows estimating that it is necessary to let out, what price can assist on sale and that is going on in competitors. But it is rather important thus, whether you are the production manufacturer or only its seller.

Pay special attention to definition of the nomenclature of production which you will show at the stand. Its better, if this equipment will be sold in advance. The tablet "sold" will be the litmus paper for buyer. What purposes are pursued at decision-making on participation in an exhibition? First of all - marketing which is planning, coordination and control of all enterprise activity serving to consecutive satisfaction of clients, - on the one hand, and with another - to achievement of own enterprise purposes. Here the problem of creation of new structures for work with clients on places and search of new agents or dealers is much easier to sell, that outside of exhibitions, as a rule, demands higher expenses and longer time for the organization of initial contacts.

Exhibition participation results can show necessity for carrying out of qualitative changes for already adjusted selling network. The exhibition today communicates with all tools of marketing more and more. At exhibition there are obvious the processes occurring in the market, kinds and ranges of its changes, and also directions and rates of the future development.

Exhibition chosen correctly, work organized carefully on it are irreplaceable and concerning an inexpensive complex of marketing tools for any developing enterprise.
